Siriusmosaics and anyone else, still trying to picture this. Can anyone who has used frit and beads for grout, please post your pics? After reading about it, my curiosity has peaked.

I used the little seed beads on this dragonfly. I pushed them into GE II Silicone glue that I put in between the glass pieces and beads with a toothpick. I think that using Weldbond or the MAC glue through a fine tip bottle or syringe would have been better though. And MUCH easier to cleanup.
(Normal disclaimer here.... I'm NOT at all experienced with that kind of thing.. just gave it a try once. :)

I don't know if this is the look you're after, but I used seed beads for this piece. I used GE11 for the glue, and just poured them on the ball over a bowl, then pressed them in with my fingers. I kept pouring and pressing until I liked the way it looked and there were no bare spaces left.
