I found this recipe at recipezaar.com and thought someone else might think this sounds good, too.

Raspberry Tofu Freeze

12 oz bag frozen raspberries (do not thaw)

1 cup drained soft tofu

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp sugar

Combine everything in a food processor or blender. Add more sugar if desired. Serve immediately in dessert glasses or dishes.
