Wanna look

in my mirror that is...

I did this yesterday and last night and grouted it today. It was a quick and fun little project. Almost have another stepping stone done. It's rainy and I can't get outside to do anything so trying to keep the boredom away! What's everyone else doing, would love to see pics.

BEAUTIFUL Lilym!!!! I love it... I was working on my column out side till the rain hit, over now so I guess I'll go out and sit on the wet ground and play again till it's too dark.

Very pretty. Kind of in a too-busy-to-mosaic mode here, too busy with strawberry season, going from dawn til dark it seems. I grouted my tp thing, haven't done anything else in about two weeks. But tomorrow we are taking the day off, so I am hoping to get started on something. My WATERING CAN would be a good thing to get started! Or one of those tables, or the cowboy boot, or the chimney thingy, or....

So sweet and delicate! Love the look...you've got the knack for creating things that are so feminine....those borders are great, too! Where do you find plates with such delicate edges? Seems all I can put my hands on are sorta clunky.

Thanks for the kudos. I found 2 sandwich plates at goodwill last week, the edge was flat and fairly wide. The very edge that I used around the edge of the mirror was thin, the rest was a little chunky. I have the same problem curb, most of what I find is too thick and I'm cheap - I just want pay over a dollar for a plate. Ideally I would love to find china that is the same thickness as stain glass.

ladyronnie, wish I had a bowl of those strawberries. You're probably sick of them! I need to get started on that watering can also. I just wish I had a plan. :)

I got this one from a friend but they are sold by IKEA for 1.99, it had a sticker on the back and I looked it up. The closest store to me would be about an hour or more away, I would love to have more. It is a mirror but you could remove it and use as a frame. It is 10.25" by 10.25".

Oh so pretty and LIL's style - feminine, delicate, soothing and very well done. For someone who says she can't cut glass, you could certainly fool me. Looks fabulous.
