I think it's festive and fun. I love the soft colors to the tiles and your idea of putting gazing balls onto the pots. Even more color to enjoy!

Um... where's the mistake? I think the tiles are GORGEOUS! Love the pastel colors. And love what you made with them. And you're right, they don't need grouting. I think you found a great item and used it beautifully.

I have the same tiles! I think they are really good for kids because they are easy to cut and don't have shards, but I think you are right, they are not for outside. You did a great job using them up.

Jeannette, I think those tiles are great. The colors and chalk like look are really cool. What is wrong with them?? Is it just cuz you can't use them outside, or do the break where and when you don't want them.??

Those tiles remind me of Valentine conversation hearts. LOL I think the pots are cute.

Calamity_j, got the blobs in a combination import market/ dollar store in Tupelo. Unfortunately, I noticed a couple of weeks ago that it had gone out of business. I don't remember the name of it. They are actually made of glass. I also found some that were orange and black.

LOL, youhad me wondering what Jerusalem Pots were! I bought some of those once as well. I don't remember what I used them on...a bowling ball most likely. After I sealed them, I liked them a lot better.

Oh, I missed this one. Cute idea, and you did well. I've used those tiles on a couple of my mosaics. They're very porous, and it's a tad tedious taking the grout off them, but as CHICKEN says, they're better looking sealed. I'm still wondering what the content of those tiles are. You can cut them w/sissors.
