My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

As a gift for my brother and SIL:

Coolest thing about this is that I made it in a weekend! My previous mushrooms took ages! Maybe I'm actually getting the hang of this.

This was also my first venture with black grout. BOY is that scary the first time. You wonder if you'll ever see your tiles through all that blackness. But now I'm kinda in love. It really makes those light colors pop!
