Slow HOW do you cut glass so quick?????How did you get the big triangles so perfect and the small blue i just don't know how you move so fast....i realy can't get it!And it is beautiful nothing boring!!!!!!!!!!!Oh My!!!

Thank y'all again - y'all are so kind, and so complimentary. CRACK: I tell ya - using the Glass Shop I can zip and break a sheet of glass lickety split scoring it into a grid. It's a breeze. Lots of these I already had cut, but I did cut some yesterday. The large triangles were 3/4" squares I wheel nippered in half. I'm partial to 1/2" tiles lately, and w/the scoring pad, it's soooo easy to move the glass from line to line and score, then turn the sheet and do it again. Breaking them apart, and in 15 min., you have a bowl of tiles. Do you have the Pro Shop? If not, it's well worth the $84.00. I'll probably never buy ready cut tiles again. This is so easy and very economical compared to buying them.

Slow I have the small Morton grid and only started using it for my headboards because of you..the sqs are really easy.Haven't gotten to triangles with it yet.Are you just nipping the light blue pieces?Everything looks sized just right...

I have the large grid pad and love it. I don't think it's worth my time to try to figure out how to score triangles on the grid technique - too precise, and I don't DO precise. If I get my nippers exactly from corner to opposite corner, the triangles come out fine. Every now and then, I get in a hurry and get some off center. The light blues are 1/4"X1/2" using the grid system as well as the 1/2" squares.

I bet he will love it. One day maybe I'll spring for the Morton tool, maybe :)

Lookin' good Slow! I'm still trying to decide how I'll do my flower boob "stem", got some great plates and glass, mirror nipped. Was gonna do plain jane rows/strips down it but just can't decide....maybe I'll just gaze at yours for a while and something will come to me!!!

Slow are you talking about the Liponett's somehow I get a small curve when i cut triangles with them..I guess I hold them at an angle???????????

Yep - Lips is what I use on glass. Jane's right, pressure, placement, and types of glass. Sometimes I get the curves too. My life is all about experimenting and what I get is what I use. I don't worry about the small stuff.

well, i agree with everyone else...no way it that boring! slow...I don't think you're capable of doing anything boring. It's cute! I suppose you're done by now? :)

Slow, on your liner, did you put any sealer on it? And if you did, did you coat the inside and the outside of the liner? I'm getting ready to get started on mine.

Nope - no sealer. This sucker is thick and heavy. It's been outside for years, and it won't be planted. He puts large plants on top - not inside.
