Ok, now I hadn't heard it called FoGo. I think I like that better than the Van Faux ---> Van Fo that BAMA and I (and probably others too for that matter) came up with. We should take a vote!

Here's my geode pc, just needs grouting, black of course! And a pic of a book I picked up about making stuff with tin, and reminded me of a future project on the "to Do List" about a crown, well Slow, Now we gotta make this vest, necklace and matching hat too!!! heh heh! Oh, and I am showing off my glass stars I picked up in Mexico, stashed away and forgot till Squirrelly was here and I came across em, they are lined up beside the Geode pc.

When I take pics of stuff I try to just make sure they are centered properly and gettem posted but I just had a look at the pic I posted and can't believe how cool the diamond shaped reflections on the floor look!! Cool! I TOTALLY LOVE the texture of this glass I just bought for the FoGo, It was $15/sqft but I just loooove it! I've got some clear textured irridecent also that I'm trying metallic silver and green on....I'm having some fun drilling holes too!

I almost missed this thread cuz of company. When I first saw the geods laid out on the glass I thought it was just for showing the colors, but when I saw the finished panel I couldn't believe how beautiful it is. Of course, the flower is such a work of art, I have no words to express my admiration. The Van Fo glass is just outta sight beautiful, girlie. You REALLY did a beautiful job of coloring that wonderful textured glass. You can't IMAGINE my excitement at seeing the tin vest. Somewhere I've seen a dress made of metal - it was red and wonderful. The vest intrigues me soooooooo much, and it looks simple to make - just using little wire connectors jump rings that one can make easily w/a pen and wire. The CROWN has not left my memory, CALAM - just can't get there yet. Don't know where to find tin around here, but I did find a thin ungalvanized metal that I can work with - just need to prioritize my work better so I can get to it. Today is cleanup from weekend company.
