I just love the red! Very unique and attractive can, SEA!

the sea glass doesn't even show up, all around the bottom..it's difficult, with the black...had I known what I learned with this can, I would have painted it a beach sand color, so the glass would be more transparent.
those footers were something I have been wanting to try, to give the uneven texture and they were fine, but the grout doesn't want to come off, once it's on them...lol
it was a learning lesson for sure.

I was sooo tempted to put the moss around the top of the can but had to hold back on that!!
repetition can kill something, don'tcha know?

I wish it was more classy but it's rustic and I think that was what I wanted, even more than refined.
some of you here, have the knack for that, so I'll stick with the rustic and wobbly..lol

I'll save the more delicate projects, for the porcelain painting.
I hope you can get some cilantro going..it's so fast to sprout. those seeds are locally grown from here.

Way to go Sea! I did my "mexico" hand with sea glass and tile washed up on the beach, and also pebbles from the beach, when I grouted it with black grout, everything got a horrible stain from the grout cuz the stuff had no more finish to it and was porous! Live and learn....

It turned out great even with the black....great job!!

Great can...and how lucky to actually find seaglass on the beach.I've lived close to beach all my life and never found even one piece of glass..
