No - no lights ...just plain black rods that I bought on clearance from Stein's garden center . I found them in the clearance section of Stein's --- 35 of them all taped up with no price . No one knew what they were for .. so the checkout girl said , oh -- " 50 cents" . I snatched those babies up ! LOL My original idea was to make stained glass garden stakes with them ... but it never happened. This new idea is cool ! ( And I'll post directions ,too )
