Leftover grout

After grouting a barstool and the china candle holders I found I had a bunch leftover.

I lined a large funnel with tin foil, slapped the grout in (obviously) and let it dry for a few days.

It is a rough idea, but I think it will be ok with some fun tessy stuff on it.

Might let the grandkids do this one.

How fun! Your grandkids will love making that pretty!

I picked up a tip here a long time ago about posting pictures direct....if you add:
width="400"
to your image tag, that keeps them just the right size for the board. But I don't mind the big pictures...let's me see all the details!

Use some crash glass on it TF .I panted mine and did.I also panted my cg.

Aren't we something. We'll find the most interesting ways to use ordinary things in our arts/crafts. I once made a hanging light fixture for a corner in one of my country kitchens, using one of those HUGE funnels. Hope the grout holds up for you w/o breaking.

Well, I just couldn't waste the grout!
If it doesn't hold up (that was my concern as well)
it will have not been a total waste.....I just didn't toss it!
