no, you're not the only one..
the last thing I mailed, was the watering can for the exchange.
everthing is either paid by debit card or in person, or at the drop boxes.
there's no one I write a letter to, that I can't just call or instant message, or call on cell.

it's a day of eye openers for sure and that's one really nice stamp.
I almost wish I had a need to buy some..lol

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

Over the years I've bought sheets of stamps that I liked and framed them. I HAD to get the Elvis stamp since it was issued on our shared birthday, the Vince Lombardi stamp cuz I live in Wisconsin and I think it's a criminal offense not to have something Packer related in your house, and the Billy Mitchell stamp because that's the name of a family member . . . .

They are little jewels, those stamps!

Well, heck I work at the PO and didn't notice!!

I LOVE to buy stamps for the art. I did see that a stamp was made in Tiffany's honor but I haven't purchased it yet. By listening to all of you it sounds like stamps will be dinosaurs in the next few years. Don't you have to mail any bills? My power and water don't take credit cards for payments. Maybe you do all of your bill paying online; I got burned on that years ago and still haven't tried it again. I still like to send hand written notes. When I teach writing I encourage this practice; you're confirming it's becoming a lost art.
