Don't know what that wooden thing WAS but it could be the base for a market umbrella, to cover your mosaic table, don'tcha know?

I'm with Rosie where do you live????Those dishes would be 10 bucks a piece where I live .....no bargains here boo hoo!I've cut up some pretty high class plates in my day but hey it's my life and that's how I like my plates best broken lol!

I'm w/LIL: mouth on floor. What a huge haul on the glass nippits, and I'd mosaic the pedestal for a plant stand.

Rosemarythyme - C'mon over, I'll show ya all the good spots. I'm about an hour north of Toronto in Barrie, ON. The tiles are definitely vintage, it'll be fun to use them in a project. DH and I were talking about the pedestal when we got it and that is EXACTLY what we thought of using it for. Gonna have to see if our umbrella fits.

Annie - You can come shopping with me and Rosie and then we'll go back to your place to sell it, lol. I am feeling a little guilty about the yellow rose china, it's not even chipped or very worn. Might have to do a little research before I smash 'em up.

Kate and Slow - Thanks, I spent a couple of hours last night sorting the glass pieces by colour. I'm only part way through the first box, lol. It'll be worth it instead of searching through it when I'm in the middle of a project. Plant stand is definitely an option for the pedestal. Hmmm....gonna have to think about what to do with it.

Toomuch, that's exactly the problem, lol. Too many ideas running through my head and not enough projects getting done. I'm gonna have to ground myself....right after I go check out the curb alert posting on Freecycle for a "decorative glass insert for a door". It's Ronnie's fault for posting those pics:) LMAO, I can't stop, too much cool stuff out for the taking.

******** When I Was doing suncatchers " full speed " -- I'd have dishpans full of scraps that I gave away .... probably about 70 pounds . I might keep them this time around !

70 POUNDS?????? WOW, you must have made some people very happy by sharing all that!

By the way, I did end up getting the window glass, lol. Think I'll try a GOG with my stained glass scraps. I'll post pics tomorrow.
