From sneaky snake to....

Wonky worm?? I was playing with the wire mesh and decided somewhere in the process to do a "prototype" for the snake.. So here is the progression.

Shaped the wire...probably will be easier on a bigger project

mushed in the crete. Pushed in WAY to much. Finally figured out NOT to treat it like clay and have a VERY gentle touch with it

Thought I'd get it done today but it got to the point where I was knocking off more pieces than I was putting on. Lost part of his "smile" somewhere. Hoping to go from a light orange to a darker red

I'm going to put him in one of my potted plants

That looks like a fun project!! But...I'm having trouble figurig out how big he is. I thought it was pretty big, then you said you would put it in your flower pot? I'm confused! (nothin new)

That is going to be cute loks like you are on the right track.I have wanted to do one of those also .I thought a bout trying with foam but like that way also .Looking good.

NT- so far his head is my favorite part!! Not that there are that many parts to a worm LOL

Boyohboy - you didn't waste any time getting to that project. Smart move - a prototype. GREAT job. Anxious to see the biggy. You'll whip that in in no time at this speed.

Slow, I think the big one will be much easier to shape. I was just anxious to get the crete on it LOL!!
