My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello!
    Chickeemama e-mailed me and said there was a post for me.

    I haven't gotten to my other tea set yet.
    This has been my main project the last couple months......

    Her name is Chloe. I've never had a pup be such a PITA in my life! hahaha

    I've been playing a little here and there. I haven't been able to finish anything I've started. I have a watering can started, and a BB and this mirror. Hopefully one of them
    I can call done soon! Too many ideas, and not enough time to
    actually finish anything.

    OH!!! I LOVE THAT!!! And I really like that snowflake beside it too!! I'm so proud of you, it looks like a real craft room with all that stuff stashed together, now I'm not jealous anymore of that Martha Stewart immacuately tidy SHOWPIECE CraftRoom!!heh heh!! Kiddin'!

    Right there with you, kelly! couldn't get it, so asked DD...didn't know the 6 yr old grson was right behind her...he is the one who knew it right off! Gotta talk to his dad about some of what the little guy is learning on the computer!!

    Actually it only took a few weeks for it to look out of control, and in need of more space! I have so out grown it!

    Hey Hazie! So good to hear from you again! I was also wondering what you were up to. So little Chloe is keeping you busy, huh....she's sooooo cute...and I love that name, too. Maybe she'll get to be less of a PITA as time goes on? I guess you can only hope??

    I just love your studio....so very cute. And I know what you mean about running out of space....same here...if I could only STOP collecting and use up some of what I have but I definitely bring it hope quicker than I can use it up! Good to see you posting again.
