Jane- Bama is so sweet! I got one of those cards from Hallmark for this kindergarten teacher at my school who had finished her chemo for breast cancer. It played "I Will Survive." I waited while she opened the gift, and she thanked me (It was from the whole school; I'm just in charge of the flower fund so I'm responsible for purchasing the gift and card and seeing that they get it.) and then I waited for her to open the card. When she opened it she just absolutely beamed! We started dancing around her classroom! She was moving and shaking so much her wig almost fell off! LOL! She loved that card and that whole story so much she told it at our last teacher meeting of the year last year. She's a great lady! Those are great cards! Defnitely worth going to Hallmark for! I'm glad you are feeling better, Jane. Crutches just take practice!

I love those cards.....very thoughtful of Bama!! Hang in there...You must mosaic your crutches after you are ready to pitch them!

Yup, tried to go down a step in my entry hall and fell forward, landed on my good knee, and just about sent my head thru a set of mirror sliding doors of the closet, scared the heck outta me!!! Landed on ceramic tile and sure have a sore kneecap now!! So yesterday when DH brought the mail to me and I saw that card, I kept opening it and grinning all day!! Thank You!!

Dang!! You'd think that card was on a slow boat from China! I put it in the mail the day after your accident. Glad it got to you when it did though!
