Very nice chickee! I did one very similiar but had an apple in the middle and a few glass globs here and there. Gave it to my son's kindergarten teacher as a big thank you. Without glass globs is better-then it's user friendly!! I like it!

Really cool pattern, chickee. I really like that. It made me think of a vase that I was looking at the other day - it was mostly white, but had thin lines of color - and I thought it was just beautiful. I would have never thought of that.

You said it was inspired by a picture in a magazine - I love it when you can find something like that and then put your own spin on it....this is gonna be beautiful!

Thanks all, other than tearing off the pieces and re gluing it was a very easy project!!

Hazie the beach glass took about 4 days (its a jager bottle!!!!) I took NT advice and added some course sand to the mix. I'm STILL mixing clear glass to get it the look I want, thats been about 6 days all told (I turn the thing off when Im not home!!)

d3bbi- I had thought of doing a holiday spin with it. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!!

sunshine- I love using glass globs but alas like you said it isn't to user friendly that way!! So with the beach glass its pretty stable especially if I put resin.

I had forgotten you were making beach glass out of that jager bottle! How did that work for you? I have a few of those to play with!

The colors and pattern are very clean, and bright.

I've made several serving trays, and I have a lot of fun with them. Every time I use them I get compliments. Also it gives me another way to use all the tile I get for free.
