Ok - I think I know what you mean. It's really quite simple. Cut a strip of glass the color you want in any width you prefer (I like to vary the widths to add interest).

Using your WHEELED NIPPERS, cut across the strip at an angle beginning at the top and working down (as shown below).

Does it get any easier than that?

WOW... that means those pieces are INCREDIBLY TINY!

Not necessarily. The width of the strip determines how big the piece is. 3" widths make large pieces. 1/2" widths make small (but not tiny) pieces.
