YIKES !! LOL ...... The local senior center had a big rummage sale today . As I was leaving - I peeked in a door and put the brakes on .... there was the biggest most awesome stained glass workshop there is ! Of course I forgot about leaving and headed straight for the little man working in the corner. He told me about the classes and took me on a tour of the whole place. Holy cow - there's kilns - there's complete woodshops,complete sewing areas,a big fitness center ...and so much more . Once I got through telling him about the glass I do -- he begged me to bring my stuff in and do a show & tell with the class. He was just the cutest little old man -- he said "maybe you can even Teach us !" LOL I asked if I was old enough to do that .... and he asked "are you over 50 ? " I said YEP ! He took my arm and whispered " Even if you weren't - I wouldn't tell anybody " ..... That was so cute !!! I might just take him up on his offer . A stained glass /fusing class costs $25 --- EVERYTHING INCLUDED ! Just to come in to use the workshop - costs $6 every 4 months. *Gasp* Finally ----- GETTING OLD IS PAYING OFF !
