My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Yipppppyyyy the patio is done!!!

Here it is - all done. The table may have to stay out in the grass. I'm not sure I want to put it on the patio. Just kidding... I've already started a GOG project. Seems like whatever I'm doing, I'm thinking of the next project. DH wants to know when we're starting the front porch.(Nope, I'm not asking the ass.) But I need a little break from working on the ground.

    oH my goodness!!! It's WONDERFUL! Your yard, garden, your awesome outside living area and the gorgeous patio... oh MY!!! It's just beyond words!!! Love the 'critters,' the flowers, and the interesting little color highlights that you inserted. Lots to look at.. and I am SO in awe of the beautiful overall effect! Yes... definitely congratulations ARE in order for you!

    Wonderfully done!! All the "little" touches are amazing!! You did such a pretty job on all parts of it! Fits in perfectly with the surroundings, too.....superbly planned and executed! Got Aleve??? LOL - I'd need something alot stronger if I tackled something so intricate....

    You need to treat yourself well after this beautiful project.................it's awesome....you did an amazing job on this and what a lot of work it was........sore butt and all! Hubby needs to take you to a resort and let you get special treatment.....!
