I agree, same concept as the planter (love it BTW - colors are so bright and cheerful!) - course, I love craftsman and Art Deco, so may be a **bit** prejudiced!

Im not sure what modern craftsman is but I do like the planter and think that concept would be great!! Are you going to do it in the bright colors or are you going to use the more muted colors to match the wall and your tall people??

CHICKEE: "Muted" is not in my vocabulary! My house is all about color. The walls in the foyer are gold metallic (over the wallpaper).
BAMA: Glad you like my African art--couldn't resist the Adam and Eve stick people.
I put a small table in the corner and a basket to catch the mail. Will have to find some other way to decorate that corner. After it's mosaiced maybe I'll leave it bare.

Look at Frank Lloyd Wright's stained glass for patterns to draw on - I think they will fit in very nicely.

I would also frame it with some craftsman style mouldings that are out there.
