My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Edom, Tx is hosting its Festival of the Arts on Sat/Sun, Oct 20/21. Edom is 80 miles east of Dallas and 20 miles west of Tyler. Check out their website. DH and I are delaying our trip north (my dad's 88th birthday) until the 21st. I want to check out the art and see if MAYBE next year I could participate.
