My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Craigs list ad :

A small locally owned industrial supply company is looking to give away multiple pallets of plaster. ( 50 ) The plaster is good, however it does not meet our customer's needs. Our loss is your gain!

Take a bag, take several, take a pallet or two.
