bathroom window

husband kept grumbling about window next to toilet. said to me "you mosaic everything else why can't you do that window so i have privacy" so i am!! waitng on blues for water....barb {{!gwi}}

OMG it's perfect! My MIL desperately needs one of these on her window...get this: Ranch house, bathroom looks RIGHT out onto the deck! If you're sitting on the deck, you can see (& hear :( ) everything that goes on in there. If there was no wall, you'd be sitting next to someone on the deck. It's BAAADDDD.

OH WOW!!! How Awesome!!! AND to get the encouragement from DH too!!! Triple WOW!!! What is it about coconut trees, they are soo cool!!! Luv em! I was going to do a front door panel, but DH had no positive feedback about it and now we may be moving....

I have been wanting to do the window behind the toilet too because it looks onto my deck. But how do you put the peices on without them sliding off? what kind of adhesive?

Hot diggity dawg! What a great project. I did a stained glass window in one of our houses that had the toilet window. What is it with that? I guess it's for those guys who don't have time to grab a magazine!LOL

Balje that is really cool!!
I tried to do hubby's window a while back, and just gave up.The pieces were too big and the bubles from the adhesive
looked awful. Dying to try something with smaller pieces. I LOVE what you have done! Just too cool!

using GE11. glass doesnt slide much at all. must use a tube thats been opened-the first glue out is real thin. and press each piece firmly to squish out bubbles. have vert few bubbles and if its textured glass they don't show anyway. if you don't press to seal will have grout bleed when grouting...barb

That will look great when its finished. I want to do that to our window in the potty room also. Our window isn't clear its frosted but I think it would look great.

Love the window. And it was DH's idea. It just don't get any better.
