Photo Frames

I made these photo frames as shower gifts. The large one is for mom-to-be. The other two are for the grandmas. The background glass is pink iridized with a rose colored grout. On the large one the flower is violet with violet marbles bordering the photo. Then there is a white butterfly in the upper right corner made from white tile with gold streaks and the body is a gold streaked tile.

I have a few more photo frames to grout (when it gets warmer) then will post next week. I had to get these out for the shower tomorrow.

VERY pretty! And of course, new moms and grandmas can NEVER have too many picture frames! What sweet and much appreciated gifts those will be!

I love the colors. Did you use pink glass or is it iridized? I like the overall pattern on them too - goes really well on a frame without taking away from the picture that will be in them.

D3 - those are simply delicious. I LOVE that flower. Doncha just love that pink iridized glass? You've done a fantastic job on those frames - grout is perfect w/the pink glass.

Sirius, the glass is Spectrum pink iridized. It's wispy pink on one side and pink iridized on the other.

Yes, Slow, I LOVE iridized glass - any color! So glad to have you back!
