Hi, Thanks for asking. I've been at my mom's since Thursday. My sis stays there most of the time, but was out of town until a few hours ago, and Mom isn't feeling well. She's got a lot of congestion, and since she's 91 I didn't want her being by herself. She doesn't drive, and I live about 20 miles away, so I just felt better staying there (even though she kept telling me to "go home to your husband, I'll be fine and I don't want you to get sick"... yea, right)!

On the fungus among-us, DH tells me the stem is dry now, so this week I'll be doing the cap. I didn't get home until about midnight, so I didn't go check it myself:)

Oh, Oh, Oh, I'm so excited!!! After I finish this tp tower(The Bane of my existence!lol, I sooo wanna do my fungus among us!lol! Good one! hee hee! Jane

I reworked the lathe this afternoon, so I don't have that huge gap between the layers, over an inch at the top center, LOL, hopefully will give it some substance in the morning.

While I was staying with my mother, I ended up telling her I was making it for her. I'm hoping she won't decide she wants it plain to match the frogs. If so, I'll be making another one right away for myself, and that one will definitely be gussied up:)
