My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

mosaic bug bites again

Hi all....I've not posted since summer. All that garage sailing takes a lot of time, you know? I've been lurking the last couple weeks and am getting lots of inspiration and ideas from those awesome gift exchange pictures... WOW! You are all so talented! The bug has re-bitten and I have a garage full of "wouldn't-this-look-great-mosaiced?" stuff and I've completed some and started others. Here are some pic's.
This is a table I made from a piano bench...my very talented friend painted the strawberries on the legs.

This is a Santa plate lazy susan that I made for a friend.

There's something about knowing that the lazy susan was only .50 at a GS and the plates were about $1.50 from GW

that makes it even prettier:-)

I made the grout too pink for this kleenex box cover, I did add some small paper red roses after I took this picture.

I think this is suppose to be a small wooden file cabinet.

I am going to put it on the wall in the bathroom. There are glass inserts for the drawers and as soon as I get brave enough I will try GOG for that. All this tile came from a lamp from GW that I was going to use to make a fountain, but one day I accidently knocked it over and it broke...wah-lah..new tiles to use!

Just HAD to stay up til 4am a couple nights ago to get this finished. I just grouted it with white, but I can't get a decent picture just yet. I will try again in the daylight.
