I was searching for reminders about grouting and came across this web page with Eileen Haller. This is the grouting video... others are below it. (Link below) I love her vase! The colors are wonderful! I was surprised to see how kind of runny her grout is though... thought it was supposed to be thicker...? Or not...? I'm going to grout my turtle present for DD and future SIL tomorrow... so I'm stocking up on info! :) Will take pictures. I'm VERY sure that I won't be dressed up like she is when I grout but I enjoyed the videos. Thought you all might be interested, too.

Kate..you don't dress up to grout??? I thought everybody did ROFL!

She was using unsanded grout.so that may account for it looking different than you are used to

Interesting to see different techniques. Never saw grouting with a paintbrush before

I've grouted w/a paint brush on "In Her Cups", and in/around 3-D stuff, but w/sanded grout. Unsanded grout is soooooooo syrupy, but for some things it is nice. I've also seen other mosaicists using really runny grout. I think it's just a matter of preference. Wish I had a sound card for my computer. I keep meaning to get one, so am putting it on my shopping list RIGHT NOW. Yeah, how about those grouting clothes?
