i just started using old light bulbs, too. but i'm using the regular roundish kind and making them into christmas ornaments.

Oh I love it! and hey, I have tons of those light bulbs from chandeliers given to me with the lights still in them:) Who has pics of ornaments made from that shape light bulb?
