i'm looking at those same two and can't decide either.

I have the one from Overstock. The advantage of an offset drain that I didn't think about was "the plumbing". It is out of way under the sink when it isn't centered.

I like my sink, I agree with one reviewer that says it does scratch easily, but it doesn't bother me. When I had my Kohler sink, scratches killed me.

The sink is at great price on O, it was more when I bought it, but I got it with a 10% coupon.

That's a good point about the plumbing. I'll be putting a Waste King under there too so the further back it is, the better (less obvious when opening the cupboard).

I guess it also comes down to whose shipping to Canada is cheaper. I'll find out and post back.

Well, I checked shipping and Overstock's shipping is cheaper but the sink is more expensive. So final total...

Overstock - 332.12 plus s/h 380.18
Mr Direct - 295.00 plus s/h 417.00

I'm going with the Ticor as it is a little bit bigger inside as well.

Make sure overstock delivers the sink to Canada. I tried ordering a Ticor sink last month and they were unable to ship it even though they quoted me shipping on it. When I went to actually "check-out" it said the item couldn't be shipped so I called and the rep confirmed they don't ship sinks to Canada. I ended up ordering from Main Faucet and their shipping was reasonable and I had it delivered in 4 days.

I just ordered it and it went through. Should be here in 8-16 days. Can't wait :-D
