Here is a picture - I have a mix of knobs & pulls. Knobs on the sink cab, the super susan cab, the spice pulls next to oven, along with knobs for upper cabs.

OH, knob on the spice pull too... great idea! I have one by my stove, that would help the knob look more intentional too. Thanks - I really don't think I want the pulls in this area to be running in both directions, and I'm not sure if my pull out is big enough to run the pull horizontally. Will keep this in mind.

may I ask - what is the width of your sink aisle? Your layout in this area is very similar to mine, and this is another dilemma I'm currently having.

thanks for the kind words on the kitchen - we are loving it! I can measure the aisle width when I get home tonite - from memory I think it is 42" but will confirm. If you search for "Finished Kitchen-Cherry" (posted Jun 3) that post has the details of the kitchen and a link to the finished kitchen pics.

willis - the aisle width on the sink wall is 36" granite edge to granite edge.
