What else are you using in your kitchen? What is your style? Are you going modern, shaker, traditional, Tuscan?

Are you sure you want chrome when other metal is stainless?

My kitchen will have traditional raised panel cabinets painted 2 different colors (dark navy blue and a historical dark beige color) with a persa blue granite top which is mostly light colored with a lot of movement. All appliances are stainless steel with a bit of black trim on oven. The cabinet hardware is stainless and the sinks are stainless. So maybe i should do the same on the faucet? It just seemed like a lot of stainless steel look.

I am also getting 2 pendant lights (one bigger one over a table and the other a single one over island) and right now they are spec'ed as chrome / blue shade.

If it were my kitchen, I'd be OK with chrome instead of stainless on some things. (Now that I think of it, I am. I still have several original chrome switchplates and chrome trim on the formica and the hood, with stainless sink and appliances. And that's not what bothers me about my kitchen.) Someone recently was asking about a rubbed bronze faucet with stainless elsewhere, and many said it was OK. I think it's just taste. Some like the flow of matching, some like a more eclectic look. The chrome in the pendants makes the faucet not the only chrome thing, too. Does the chrome pass your Sweeby test? That's what really matters.

I have the chrome Danze Parma, although my sink is a bit larger than the one you will be using it with. We have SS appliances and our pulls will be brushed stainless. It looks fantastic and gives the kitchen some pop. Glad I mixed it up:
