Well after reading a ton on here and finishing our new kitchen design, we have to order our appliances. Have already searched on gotten lots of opiniosn on both the appliance and kitchen forums, but thought I would go for another try. Thanks all for any suggestions.

Here are the choices:

1.) 36 Bluestar rangetop and wall ovens Wolf: electric oven/Wolf steam convection

2.) 36 Bluestar range and wall ovens: Wolf electric oven/Wolf steam convection

3.) 36 Wolf range and wall ovens: Wolf electric oven/Wolf steam convection

Trying to justify 3 ovens for the cost: (gas/electric/steam). Also the BS burners outperform the wolf, but the BS oven seems to be not as well built IMHO (not as well insulated. Also sticking with all wolf/sub zero to save 2500 is it worth the burner performance? (I know this has gone round and round on here).

Also - Refrigeration:

36 - All fridge SZ + 2 drawer freezer in the island (maximize refer space). Any suggestions for best alternate to SZ to save $$$

Would rather spend the bucks on cooking and try and save on the refrigeration.
