Laminate cabinets

About 15 years ago we were sick of our old dark kitchen cabinets and had them refaced. The company we chose refaced the cabinets and replaced the doors and drawers with new--all in a white laminate. It looks great, and although it's not as good a choice as solid wood, it brightened the room greatly and we have a very pretty kitchen. However, recently I've noticed a place on the hinge side of two cabinet doors that is peeled back a bit. One is near the oven and I thought maybe it got damaged by heat. But then I noticed one on another door that isn't near any heat at all. My question: is there any way to fix this? Could gentle heat from a hair dryer make it pliable enough to force it back in place, then put a little glue under the edge? It's not terribly noticeable unless you're really scrutinizing the doors. Another alternative would be to call the company that installed them, which I can certainly do, but I thought I'd ask here first to see if someone else has dealt with this.

One last question--what do you use to clean with? I have some places that constantly get kind of greasy from cooking fumes and I have used a variety of things, but always worry I might be using something harmful to the laminate.

Thanks!
