Wrong Sink delivered

I ordered a De Novo sink from the web site below for 175.99 an over mount D shaped sink that someone here on GW had and was pleased with but what was delivered today was an undermount D shaped sink which ofcourse will not work with my laminate counter top and it has the word PREMIER etched into it. I called the number on the box but really it seems like a fake number and I cant find my email confirmation and I am just so frustrated. Has anyone delt with the web site listed below

Here is a link that might be useful: sink

It turns out my husband ordered the sink so at least I was able to send an email to the seller. We paid through google checkout. I just hope they actually have the sink we need. There really were no others that I thought would work.

If anyone has a sink corner base cabinet with at 17 inch front and loves their sink please share it with me.

I do...but, it's my prep sink. If this is your only sink, it might be kind of small & tight. You definitely will not be able to have more than one person in front of the sink at once. You also probably won't be able to have anyone within two feet of either side b/c of the amount of room you'll need while standing and working at the sink.

Is there anyway you could fit a 42" corner sink base? It would give you quite a bit more working room. I've linked to several discussion about corner sink bases (I was also going to link to Marandall's Corner Sink Construction Slideshow...but the link no longer works!) The links below might help, but I think the majority, if not all, are undermount or farm/apron sinks.

    Here's mine (Kohler 5-sided, K-3345):

But, first, it's an undermount and second, it's much smaller than yours (15-3/4" x 15-3/4").

I also noticed the sink in your link specifically says it's a "drop in" sink. Did you match the # on the packing slip w/the sink you linked to? How about on the box the sink was in? If they all match, either it was packaged wrong or the description in the link is wrong...

I'd also be concerned that it's stamped "Premier" when it's a DeNovo sink.... I have to wonder if you got even the correct manufacturer! (It could be a model name, but it's not mentioned on the site.)

Thanks so much for responding I think you are right that it is likely not a DeNovo sink. It came very poorly packaged with barely and styrofoam and no real instructions.

I had checked out all those threads but 2 so thanks for posting them. So long as I can get a 25 inch sink I am happy with it in the corner for some of the reasons others stated in the threads, like the interupted counter space. I am a small person so the small frontage is not a problem for me and to tell you the truth I would hate anyone standing near me when I am washing dishes and such. My cabinets will be here next Tuesday so it is too late to change. If I had realized the sink would pose and issue I would possibly have changed things. There is no cabinet over the stove though there is one in the pic.
Another issues that I have is that we may not be putting in the porch we planned next to the kitchen which means we could have gotten rid of an exterior door and had a better floor plan but who knows maybe the porch will go in another time. We also decided to make the kitchen totally open to the dining room with the a peninsula separating them and this sink is in the corner of the peninsula (very similar to your prep sink and I love yours). Maybe someday we will get rid of the exterior door and add another sink in it's place. That would be both closer to the stove and frig. I think changing our minds about things midway through is really hurting us.

I think I may have turned my kitchen and dining room into an eat-in kitchen which could hurt for resale. My DH says if we need to sell he could put the wall back up easily though.

This is the first real renovation we have ever done and the rest of the house really needs work. I hope other rooms are easier than the kitchen.
