Sorry, just a question - if the builder flipped the fridge and range, will there be ventilation, i.e. an exhaust duct to the outside, over the range? Is he changing that too?

@akchicago: yes, the range hood exhaust will also be switched to the right side.

Our concerns are:

1) If the appliances are optimally located?

2) where should we place the speedoven?

3) where can we place the tv?

We are toying with the idea of putting the tv over the speedoven in one of the corners as built ins. Yay or nay?
