Could These Work? Nightstands

CL find. There are two of them. I would paint them.they are large. 37 inches wide.

I measured my wall and they would just fit .. but not to far from my closet door (sliding closet door) on one side. I could still access the closet from the other side And I could still access from that side because the depth of the chest is only 18 inches.. so I would just have to reach over and open the slider.

My question is would it be okay to have wall to wall bed and nightstands or does there need to be spaces between the pieces.

I love the storage I would have with these bedside chests.

Also bedside chests of this side and wood are very expensive i think I could make these look good.

here is a pic of them

i will then post a pic of the wall they would go against

The left chest would be close to the sliding door on the left.

The back wall straight ahead is the wall the bed and 2 nighstands would be against. As you can see.. right now.. with the smaller nightstands there is extra space between the bed and nightstand.
The CL chests are Taller 31 inches tall. If I put my bed back on the bed frame it becomes much taller and would be the proper height for the cl chests.

Our bed and two nightstands are quite tight together -- and it certainly works for us! Easy to reach -- and of course -- handy for lighting and reaching a phone etc.

I think that it is a wonderful nightstand!

Here is the left side in question. You cant see the closet door but it is to the left. As I said it would be almost right to the closet door. I think it would have some inches away from it though 3 -4? It would block that leg space right in front of that one side but I think I can def work around it.

They look too wide for me for nightstands--also possibly too tall. I'd check the height as well which should be about the same height as your bed. You don't want to be bumping your head against the edges in the night.

Teacats.. thanks for posting that pic! It helps me visualize.
Now do you have a sliding closet door on the left. That is what is giving me pause

I think you could make them look cute painted I can totally see that. How much are they? But you will need someone else to chime in on the wall placement question.

Valinsv.. I just measured my frame, mattress and boxsprings. 33 inches. Tall!
the nightstands would be 31 inches tall.. so that should work, eh?
I also just moved my old stand right up close to the slide to see what it would be like .. access wise. I could still get into the closet.
Then I realized the cl chests are actually a good 5 to 6 inches narrower than my old ones.
    Perfect!
I am sooo excited, I am off to see if I can score these!

No -- not a sliding door -- but the actual doorway into the bedroom! So the whole "set" (nightstand -- bed -- nightstand) goes right up to the doorway!

Also, here's a photo of our guest room too (don't know what the mark on the wall might be -- its not visible in real life!LOL!):
