I'm considering ordering Prestige cellular shades for my bedroom. The ones I'm looking at are 3/8 inch double honeycomb style. The outer (toward the street) side is gray and the inner side is whatever color you choose. The idea is that the gray makes it more opaque without going for the full blackout shades that are foil lined. We need something close to blackout, but the white foil-lined samples seem to show the foil through and look grayish/bluish which I hate.

I have a sample and like the material, but there are no local dealers where I can try the cord mechanism. I hate it when shades bind or get tangly. I would order something I'm able to try, but all the usual (Hunter Douglas, Levolor, Bali, etc.) don't have this room darkening double cellular option. Has anyone bought Prestige brand cellular shades or know if they are made by one of the more well-known companies as another line? I'm thinking of buying one and checking it out, but it will still be around $150 and I hate to gamble with that much money.
