Window Sections over Kitchen Sink Help

My GC asked me to decide on how the windows should be placed over kitchen sink as he needs to order them today. Should they be:

1. 3 equal sections, fixed center and 2 casements on outside, 22", 22", 22"

or

2. 1 fixed center 30" and 2 casements on outside, 18", 30", 18"

Which way should I go? Thanks.

Are they bay/box windows? It sounds like it. I did:

24" + 48" + 24"

24" windows casement, 48" center window fixed. We have a bay.

Unfortunately they will be flat, not bay/box windows to minimize cost. They will go down to the countertop though. I'm leaning towards the larger fixed center window, but I'm worried that the difference is not great enough, and it will look awkward. GC says equal-sized ones will go better with overall design as it's more uniform. He also stated that they have that size in stock and the other way would have to be custom-ordered which is making me second guess his advice. Thanks.
