Rectangular corner base cabinet??

My kitchen is tiny and I need to use the base corner. If I get a 33" base corner (with a susan, maybe) one side will throw my sink base off so the sink will not center with the window. I have two questions for you experts.

1. Can I cut onto the top of a 33" base corner cabinet with the top of my sink to center it, or

2. Can my contractor make me a corner cabinet that is 30" wide by 33 or 36 inches long? I know the two doors that are hinged would be different sizes, but it won't really show because the corner is not really exposed when you walk in the kitchen. An alternative would be an angled door, but I would really prefer the hinged, pie cut door look. I'm desperate, so thanks.
