I've seen lots of old posts about this but nothing recent. We are choosing it over the Wolf 48" because we dont need a grill/griddle and that's the only way the Wolf comes. Also, the Dacor has 6 contiguous large burners as opposed to the 4-griddle-2 structure of the Wolf. I have heard some questions about reliability of the Dacor in way older posts. Anyone have issues with the more recent units? Thanks!
