Copper Insert on Cabinet Door??

Hello all, I am fairly new here and I'm nearing the final stages of my kitchen design. We are planning what we call a "dish hutch" which will be upper cabinetry that comes all the way down to the countertop in one section of our kitchen. My KD has suggested a copper insert in one of the center doors to add some visual interest. (we also will have a copper prep sink in the island) Most of what I have seen is the shiny copper with a punch out design, but I don't think I like that. Maybe a little too country for me. Has anyone here ever done something like this or seen any pictures. I'm thinking of maybe doing a solid copper insert with a more swirly coppery design if that makes any sense, or maybe just some copper wire insert with fabric behind it. Any suggestions?
