Could you make suggestions for the lighting over my baking center?

Over the island there will be two pendants. Over the range the hood will have lighting, and we have under cabinet lighting as well.

I will have 3 cans centered and spaced over the 54" kitchen aisle.

Over the baking center on the end of the kitchen there are two 15" wide wall cabinets flanking each end of 36" wide, 10" deep open shelving. We have over cabinet and under cabinet lighting for the two wall cabs, and the open shelves have a lip that will conceal rope lighting. I had planned to have a can over the center of the baking station for working light, but can't figure out how to place it so I'm not working in my own shadow.

Any thoughts?
