I am installing a new 10" deep sink as part of a kitchen renovation. I will need to cut out the PVC trap under the old sink. How do I cut the PVC trap line out,leaving enough to work with when it is time to install the new drain- as it appears to be all pieced together with couplings from the trap all the way to the back wall. Will a new coupling fit over a coupling cut-off at the joint?
