Kitchen prep sinks: round or rectangle?

I will be installing a single large undermount SS sink (approx 33 x 18 x 10 inch deep) on one side of my kitchen. I would also like to install a second smaller sink on the opposite side of the kitchen for prep'ing food, or cleaning hands or small items. I unfortunately can't make up my mind between a 16 or 18 inch diameter round sink - 8 or 10 inch deep, or a square or rectangular sink (around 14 x 16 or 14 x 18). Does anyone own a round sink? Have you ever considered it a waste? This is not for a bar but it will be a real kitchen sink to be located on the right side of my glass cooktop. Please help me decide. Thank you all!
