My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thank you Craigslist! I was longing for a microwave drawer. Didnt want to pay 900 at Lowes.Or online 350.
Today i found a guy selling a slide in stove AND a MD. For 800. I offered 650. He took it.
Longstory short- this will mean some restructure of walls and some moving of electric.Not to mention the change of the cabinet, from an 18 to a 30 inch modified to fit the MD.So, Ive gained some on the dream kitchen end and added to the cost of said dream kitchen.
