Buying a house because, with the arrival of our second child, we've outgrown our charming little Spanish in the Miracle Mile part of L.A. The house is very roomy and got lots of amenities that we need. But the exterior is sort imposing and, in my opinion, not the most beautiful (it's got the feel of an updated tract home). We don't have the time, money or energy to do a total renovation but we thought some new paint, new windows or shutters and some trees might help.
