How did you do the wall with the ribbon effect?

The wall pattern was hand painted free style. I used Benjamin Moore pearlized paint to create the sheen that picks up the light so well to show the pattern. Happy you like it.

My decorative painter penciled the wall pattern and then painted with Benjamin Moore Pearl finish. There are many so you would have to go to your paint store to see and select. Call in a decorative painter to discuss this treatment and see what they suggest.

Thank you. It's a process, if you have a decorative painter, show them this. The wall was first painted in white, then a yellow dry brush strie' over it. Then painter used the same Benjamin Moore pearl paint that would be used on the striping as a glazing. Then she penciled the pattern and painted the lines in a linen white, then the Benjamin Moore Pearl color over it. I don't remember which pearl color. Ask a paint store for advice on this and discuss with a decorative painter.
