My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Anyone who has been interested in the floor plan, I have put in touch with the designer. Please email me at larry@clayconstruction.ca and I will make the introduction. The homeowner paid to have the house custom designed so I don't have the freedom to release the plans. I will put you in touch with the designer and he will know what he is capable of doing. Thank you for your kind words and loving this house. We are in business to keep our clients happy and serve them. I appreciate the fact that you all love the look. Cheers
