Nice. I'd be curious to know your growing conditions for Darlingtonia in the NY area. I'm in Long Island, and the best I can do is that I have one Darlingtonia just barely hanging on (grown outside). It is small and makes a few tiny pitiful pitchers each year.

Mine spend the winter in my refrigerator. Around the end of February/beginning of March they come out and go in a south or west window, then after last frost they go outside in a dappled Sun location. I water from the top 2-3 times daily during their outdoor season.

Thanks Tommy. Top watering 2-3x/day is probably the key difference from what I've been doing (1x/day). Has your Cobra Lily grown much larger over the years that you've had it?

Well it has grown a little bit bigger (that 3 year old is now 4). The key with watering is they like water flowing over their roots. Some people use a aquarium pump to keep a constant flow going, I just water it several times a day during the growing season with cool rainwater.

I am anxious to take out my 1 year old container of Cobras to see how they do this year. I'll do that in the next 2-3 weeks.
