looks like the common orange tiger lily Lilium lancifolium (tigrinum) though there are others that look similar but are less common. There is one native here to the Pacific Northwest.

Did you pick off any black purplish seeds that were on the stems of the lilies? If not then it is not Lilium lancifolium, but like buyorsell said their are others that are similiar.
